libc6-dev-sparc64 software package provides Embedded GNU C Library: 64bit Development Libraries for UltraSPARC, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libc6-dev-sparc64
libc6-dev-sparc64 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libc6-dev-sparc64 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libc6-dev-sparc64 *
You will get with libc6-dev-sparc64 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
